  • Revision limits will be defined in the quotation/agreement.
4. Payment Terms
  • Payments must follow the agreed milestones or invoice terms.
  • Late payments may cause service suspension or delivery delays.
  • Final deliverables may be released only after full payment is completed.
5. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, content delivery, and approvals. Delays in client responses may affect final delivery dates.

6. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, legal, and non-infringing content/materials.
  • Provide required access (hosting, domain, API keys) where applicable.
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise stated. Third-party libraries, plugins, or tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, or external platforms.

9. Warranty & Support

Limited bug-fixing support may be provided after delivery as per the agreement. New features or scope changes will require a separate agreement or maintenance plan.

10. Confidentiality

We will keep client information confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

11. Limitation of Liability

Reganto IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work up to the termination date remain payable.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
